The mostly Parisian inspired tags on the left are from BBL - chic and petite, these tags are sure to add some gorgeous vintage appeal to your favors and gifts...I love them used as place cards also - simply write out each person's name on a tag, wrap one around a napkin and set of flatware and lay atop the appropriate place setting. Oh yeah, don't forget to check out Blue Bird Lane's beautiful collection of seasonal tags - there are some really neat Halloween ones in the shop right now.

On the right, we have sweet scalloped tags from S&R. These tags are vintage in style but have a very homemade/Martha quality to them that would make them perfect for attaching to homemade treats and gifts. How lovely would the bee one look attached to a glass jar of gourmet honey? Sunshine and Ravioli also make some beautiful vintagey-stamped raffle tickets that would be great for baby and wedding showers.

Why do I love tags so much? They are great for making gifts more personal (add a little handwritten "thank you" in the back), they offer you an opportunity to subtly incorporate another theme-driven detail and they are a budget friendly detail that can really make your celebration more divine!

Today's Fall entertaining look is a blend of various textures and organic forms that create a luxurious and understated modern-barn feel. Metallic double-banded dinnerware from West Elm will make your table deliciously chic. Wood Gear Objects from WS Home and Wood House Frames from Pottery Barn add industrial flair to your surroundings. Throw in some organic glamour with white pumpkin candles from Pottery Barn and Estilo's white river rock place card kit. I just adore West Elm's rabbit cocktail plates and forrest accent salad plates. Forgo lush floral arrangements that adorned the tables of Spring and Summer fetes and put together a stylish display with Pottery Barn's eclectic bottle collection and William Sonoma Home's Pinecone Lanterns. Serve up some cupcakes wrapped in black filigree wrappers and set the scene with a fabulous slate placecard kit both from Estilo Weddings.

I love the Fall, not only because I'm a fall baby, but because I love that crispness in the air and the scent of fallen leaves, I love Fall foods like candied and caramel apples, pumpkin spiced desserts and curried sweet potato soup and I love Fall colors - rich amber tones and rustic oranges.

A true DIY bride, Natasha took a trip to M&J trimming in New York to create a beautiful and personalize detail for her wedding day look. M&J trimming is a great resource, not only for bridal wear, but in general - you'd be surprise how you can change a clothing item by just replacing the original buttons with new ones. Just check out how Natasha dressed up her shoes with a small and elegant trim!
