Aloha!

Aloha everyone! MV is in Oahu this week so please bare with me as my postings might not be as in-depth as usual.

On my plane ride to Oahu, I indulged in some tabloid reads and what was on the cover of every magazine out there? Ashlee and Pete's wedding of course. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz threw an intimate wedding at the Simpson's estate in Encino, CA  and their fabulous theme was Alice in Wonderland! Love! Their colors wer black, red and white and the look? - Right out of a Tim Burton movie - leafless black trees contrasted by lush all-red arrangements. The cake - straight out of the fairytale, was topped with a teapot, top hat, stopwatch and a pot of flowers. The duo gave out treats for favors with tags that read "Eat me." How divine?

Creative brides everywhere - I say, take this is inspiration to step out of the box and throw a fairy tale wedding that's a little less Cinderella and a little edgier!
